I'm still not sure what you're trying to achieve, but you seem determined to purchase the Norton Internet Security 2009 product you found on eBay for your recently acquired Win XP / Vista machine so I'll leave you to it. If you already have Norton installed on your newer computer it's even possible that you could sign in to your Norton Account at from your Win XP / Vista machine and click the yellow Download button to start the online download manager (stub installer), which might be smart enough detect your unsupported Win XP / Vista OS and install and automatically activate a legacy v22.15.5 product - again, at no additional cost. If you have a current Norton subscription that allows installation on more than one device and you have an unused activation seat then you can use a full offline installer to install an older Norton product (e.g., a legacy Norton Internet Security v22.15.5 or Norton Security v22.15.5 product described in the April 2020 product announcement ) on your Win XP / Vista machine and use your current product key to activate the installation at no additional cost. There is a reason why I asked if you have a Norton product installed on your current computer (a Win 11 machine if SoulAsylum's 1 post in your thread Old Add On Packs for Norton Internet Security and Original Norton 360 is correct). Um this has nothing to do with my current subscription.
